What the Halloween party asks you to do

The experience page updated 8 October 2026 is titled Banana's Halloween Party. It lists a Baby Boo Pumpkin Hunt, a Cauldron Countdown, new Bananas, new beacons, and skin upgrades. The featured code on that page is CANDY for a free beacon.

The hunt needs 17 Baby Boos. They are nearly invisible until you walk up to them, then they fade in and can be collected. Progress saves between rounds. Most maps hold one or two in a given round, so you have to rotate maps. The reward for all 17 is the Gilded Pumpkin skin.

You can collect them as a Runner or as Banana. The Banana waiting room has its own pumpkin, on the raised platform to the right of that spawn. A collected spot does not respawn for you. Find a different spot.

Older Haunt tie-ins used different totals: 13 pumpkins for a Rune badge, and 31 for a Key badge. Those are not the same quest as the 17 Baby Boos. Do not stop at 13 if the current tracker still wants 17.

Shop changes that stay after you find the pumpkins

Green and purple cauldrons were rebuilt with bubbling foam, cracks, and legs. Owners of the old models keep a Classic version. Candle and Cheese were also redrawn. Seasonal shop names called out with the update include Grim Reaper, Scarecrow, Franken Peel, and Masked Killer, plus beacons named Cauldron, Candy Bucket, Candy Corn, Boo Pumpkin, and Jar of Eyes.
